These terms govern website use. Memberships, reservations, registrations, and purchases may have specific conditions shown before you enter into a transaction. Browsing does not create a membership, an advisory relationship, or a purchase commitment. If you disagree with these terms, do not use the services.

Dates, times, speakers, prices, availability, and access conditions may change. Review current information and organizer confirmation before registering or paying. A published price does not guarantee availability or replace purchase conditions.
Luma and other providers may handle registrations or payments under their own terms. Each purchase should communicate the total price, what is included, cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions, and any specific rules. These terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy or remove consumer rights.
Contact the organizer about activity changes or problems; contact us for La Casa memberships or reservations. If a specific condition conflicts with non-waivable rights, applicable law prevails.
Donations and payments
Donations are voluntary and do not by themselves grant membership, tickets, returns, or ownership in La Casa. Do not assume a contribution is tax-deductible unless you receive valid documentation confirming that status.
Confirm payment details directly with the team before sending funds. Contact us immediately if you suspect a mistake or fraud. We will review the circumstances and applicable obligations; a public-network transaction may not be reversible. This website does not provide custody or exchange services.
Privacy and communications
Personal data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. The newsletter requires email confirmation and you can unsubscribe from any message. Browsing does not subscribe you to marketing communications. The website uses cookies and analytics as described in the Privacy Policy.
